Although the oranges on the seder table give me the jitters..

Same! (I thought to attribute it predominantly to zman cherutainu) although it's beginning to wear off... when I really thought it wouldn't.
Spelt sourdough starter. Now that's an idea! Let us know how it goes! Perhaps we'll try attempt the undertaking in our corner in Brooklyn.
